At Ling's Moment, we want you to love your wedding decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as we can only accept items in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
